Dr. Pendyala has 25 years of I&I experience in both academia and the industry (both large pharma and small biotech). He has spent his career working at the intersection of clinical care and research. In supporting Rezubio, he brings that perspective into the design and oversight of clinical studies. His approach emphasizes thoughtful trial design, clear standards of care, and accountability throughout the research and development process. With multiple drug approvals in respiratory and a number of INDs filed over the years, he brings both the clinical and regulatory strategy to the forefront of clinical development.

Glenn Rosen, MD
Dr. Rosen is a globally recognized physician-scientist and executive leader with deep expertise in fibrotic and immuno-inflammatory diseases across both academia and industry. He served as the clinical development lead for Bristol Myers Squibb’s first-generation LPAR antagonist, as well as the discovery lead for a second-generation LPAR antagonist currently in Phase 3 trials. Most recently, Dr. Rosen served as the Chief Translational Officer and Early Clinical Head at Belenos Biosciences, where he specialized in advancing cutting-edge bi-specific antibodies in the I&I therapeutic area.

Yun-Ping Zhou, MD, PhD

Dr. Zhou is a seasoned physician scientist with extensive experience in discovery research, clinical development, drug safety and regulatory interactions. He is passionate about advancing innovative, patient-centered therapies through rigorous science, strategic insight, and collaborative execution. He brings a unique combination of deep scientific expertise in diabetes and obesity with more than 40 peer reviewed publications, due diligence and business development support, scientific leadership engagement. Most recently Dr. Zhou was an Executive Director of Drug Safety at Merck, leading a team of clinical safety and risk management experts who supported the clinical development, benefit–risk assessment, NDA/MAA submissions and lifecycle management of a wide range of marketed and investigational products in Infectious Diseases and Vaccines.
